Dear Friends,
Greetings and Blessings to you from all of us at Light Expression
Farm.
If this is your first encounter with a newsletter from Light Expression
Farm, let me take a moment to acquaint you with who we are.
Light Expression Farm is a point of Light located in the northern
end of the Shenandoah Valley. We are a thriving and diverse community
of Humans, Animals, Angels, Nature Spirits, and Master Spiritual
Teachers. The point of our co-existence is to co-create not only
vibrational essences, but to expand through intention -- healing
energy created from Divine imprints throughout the cosmos.
Light Expression Farm is the location for the energy of Light Expression
Essences. We offer classes on co-creating for health and spiritual
at-one-ment with Divinity. In order to fully manifest our purpose,
we invite you all to attend these classes held here at the farm
in order that you be able to experience first hand the blessings
of Divine energy as it is manifested here at the Farm.
At Light Expression Farm, we honor all paths to wholeness, and we
are constantly in contact with those offering new methods for healing.
Our desire is to be a point in a network of fellow seekers, sharing
light, love, and encouragement with one another. This year, like
every year, has proven to be exciting as well as enlightening. The
year began with Spirit telling me that it was time to move Light
Expression Essences out of the house and into an office. I had been
singing that song for years, so it was wonderful to finally hear
it being validated from another level. Now, with the full energy
of Spirit behind the idea, I knew it was only a matter of time before
I would see an office manifested. As "luck" would have it, it did
not take long for the concept of an office to begin to manifest
into the physical.
My husband and I had bought land years ago in North Georgia for
the purpose (we thought) of a retreat from city living; but as we
now see, it was actually a divine savings account. We always thought
we would build a home there when the time was right. Instead, we
found ourselves here on the Farm in Virginia. As time went on, the
land in Georgia didn't seem to have the same lure for us as it had
previously. The longer we lived in Virginia, the more it seemed
appropriate to sell this property. Nothing happened toward that
sale until this Spring when we received a call from a woman expressing
a strong interest in purchasing this land. Within weeks of that
call, we found ourselves traveling to North Georgia to close the
deal. On the trip home, we discussed our plans for our new found
cash and most of the discussion was centered around our need for
an office for Light Expression Essences.
The work on the new office began shortly after our return home from
the closing. It is now fall, and the office is well on its way to
completion. Having the new space will also allow me to work more
effectively with clients in a bright and cozy space with the greatest
benefit (by far) being its close proximity to the gardens which
are such a large part of my life and work. I fully expect to be
moved into the beautiful new space by the year end.
Gardens are another area of growth here at the farm. Between this
fall and the upcoming year, several new gardens will be designed
by Nature, and as always, built by Wayne and myself -- a task that
I eagerly look forward to.
I would like to take this moment to announce that the Light Expression
Website is up and running. Because the Light Expression Essences
are a global project, the creation of their website will assist
them in fulfilling their mission. The existence of this website
will allow me the greater flexibility in posting workshops, dates
for various events, as well as allowing me to announce the arrival
of new essences upon their completion. I look forward to hearing
from all of you who are on-line via E~Mail with any questions or

This year, I was given the year off from making any new Vibrational
Nature Essences. I understand at this time that the fourth box of
Vibrational Nature Essences will begin to be filled with special
tinctures as soon as the new year ('98) begins. I will keep you
posted as they arrive.
This year was a quiet time for making new essences. I was instructed
to make three new flower essences in the Light Expression Flower
Essence Collection. With these complete, it only leaves one more
essence in that collection for completion and it will arrive next
summer.
Crepe Myrtle
When one finds oneself experiencing deep anger, or rage, it is time
to reach for the essence of Crepe Myrtle. This individual does not
know how to express his / her needs in a constructive loving way.
As a result, he / she tends to feel misunderstood.
Crepe Myrtle will guide the user to a place of inner peace about
one's strengths and gifts, thus allowing one to speak of one's needs
from a place of confidence, rather than fear.
Anger is a manifestation of fear; fear can be healed by looking
into the heart and seeing only love. When love is the energy used
when you are expressing your needs, all who hear you will be able
to understand you and work with you in a peaceful, loving, constructive
manner. Change around an issue for the highest good of all involved
will be the outcome.
Lily
I offer healing of your wounded emotional body around the misunderstanding
of not feeling secure and comfortable in the world. You have come
to believe over lifetimes of this idea being reinforced, that you
cannot trust the ebb and flow of life's movement. It is in fact
you who create your life, your security, your comfort. As we realign
your emotional body with the balanced vibration of love and harmony,
you will feel your conscious mind shifting its awareness and focus
from uncertainty of the future from the fear that it has held for
you in the past, to a new feeling of security and inner wisdom that
this knowing provides you. All is well -- comfort, security, and
peace of mind are yours. All that is needed by you is to align your
emotional body with the vibration of trust. Trust is the vibration
which we offer.
Sage
Essence of Sage from the Light Expression Garden is about bringing
emotions, anger, hurt, jealousy, etc. back to the place of center.
When strong emotions have swung wild, it is difficult to examine
the true root of their cause. When these feelings are brought back
to the center, one is better able to examine their cause and all
of what they are about. From that place of calm, and centeredness,
one can express their feelings in a balanced and constructive manner.
Clearing of the wounded emotional body takes place, old wounds begin
to mend, and soul wisdom can now enter the conscious mind to assist
you in your decision process to help "clear the air", promote healing,
and balance the extremes.
Safety and Grounded
Although I was reluctant at first to make these two interesting
combination essences, I now must admit that as always, Nature knows
best. I have been receiving great feedback from those of you who
have been using these combination formulas and I feel very grateful
that I was able to get out of my own way and make these two new
additions.
I now have been guided by Nature to offer these two formulas in
a spray bottle. I have found over the years that spraying remedies
can be most effective. Many have asked if I would offer these formulas
in a convenient pump spray bottle and I have decided to do so. Putting
your essence formulas in a spray bottle enables you to apply your
essences with ease in situations which are at times more difficult
for internal ingestion. Treatment of pets, rooms, people (especially
those that are reluctant or hard to catch like our children and
teenagers) is made easy with this concept which is very effective.
This new convenience is not on our current order form, but will
be added next year. If you wish to order either Safety or Grounded

Much of what Light Expression Essences are about has to do with
the shifting of our bodies, on all levels, form 3rd, to 4th, to
5th dimension. That has been their intent and purpose.
As more places within the Earth begin to hold this 5th dimensional
energy, you will begin to experience, first hand, changes in perception,
communication, and form. The Earth at this time is in a place of
evolution where she is shedding her old skin and replacing it with
a new skin. This old skin is actually an energy grid system much
like our cellular bodies. The new energy grid is already in place
within the etheric body of Earth and it is beginning to merge with
our current 3D physical world at this time. This is why at times,
everything feels so out of sync. The old ideas and energies are
no longer effective as the new energies begin to merge with Earth.
This new energy -- 5th dimensional -- is in need of being anchored
into place within the Earth, as well as into our bodies, and it
is helpful if we consciously assist the process.
Many of you are experiencing moments of connection to the 5th dimension,
but may not be aware that this is what you are experiencing. The
Masters that work with us here at the Farm have asked that I explain
a bit about what the 5th dimension looks and feels like. Words alone
do not do this justice, but since this is all that I can offer on
paper, I will do my best.
"5th Dimension is the place
where we all have come here from -- and where we return to -- a
place of timelessness. It is where the angels and fairies reside
as well. 5th Dimension is about being fully present within the moment
of now. Within the energy of 5th Dimension, you will feel yourself
to be one with your higher self as well as removed from your fear
based existence, fully seated in your heart center. Unconditional
love and wisdom reside within this consciousness.
At this time in our history as the old grid moves out of our energy
awareness and the new grid moves in, the conditions may seem uncomfortable
to many as it has the ability to bring up many old messy issues
which we have thought we had resolved years ago. In order to be
compatible with the energy of 5th Dimension, we must release our
misunderstandings around our connection to Divinity. Within the
energy grid of 3rd Dimension, we felt (feel) separated and abandoned
from Divinity. As we each come closer to moving into the 5th Dimension,
all of those old fears come up and need to be transmuted before
your energy body can merge with the energy of 5th Dimension. The
two energies (3rd and 5th D), are not compatible with one another.
They are vibrating at two different rates and you need to choose
to let go of the old energy in order to move into the new skin of
the new energy. This is one place where the "gift" of essences can
help you to fully resonate with the new energy, as well as to assist
you in releasing and transmuting your fear based reality. With that
accomplished, and your heart center open, becoming one with the
new energy grid will be a smooth transition for you."
Over the years, as we have co-existed here at the Farm, it has been
brought to our attention that supporting the shift in energy is
of the utmost importance. Earth needs our support on a conscious
level as well as our participation in anchoring and grounding this
new energy into all levels of the Earth. As this is accomplished,
the same event will occur within each of us. There are many ways
of clearing the Earth of the old understandings, negative ideas,
feelings of separation, etc.
The rituals for clearing the land in your area can be as simple
or as involved as you wish. As you make your connection with the
Nature Intelligences of your area, ask them to guide you to the
specific ritual which best suits your talents and belief system.
Here at Light Expression Farm, I have always been guided to keep
the process simple. Although, some of you may interpret what I will
share as simple, others may feel that it is still too involved from
their perspective. Going with your individual guidance is always
the best method. What I offer is simply a place from which to begin.
First, open the session for clearing the land by calling in:
· The Overlighting Deva of the Land (angelic being of your
land, apartment, space, etc. which holds
the Divine blueprint
for your area)
· Pan (#1 elemental of Earth)
· The Guides
working with you in your Spiritual development
· Your Higher
Self
With this assistance called in, state clearly that your intention
is to clear the land (your area) of its old energy, and to anchor
in the new energy of the 5th Dimension. This statement will automatically
call in other entities who will assist in this procedure. The intention
of the session is where the power is. You don't need to know the
names of all the beings who are working with you in order to call
them in for help. Many times I have been asked to perform healing
work at the Farm and I simply connected with the Overlighting Deva
of the Farm, Pan, my guides, and followed their guidance and instructions.
It wasn't until after the session was complete that I learned who
I had been working with. Go for the basics.... and be clear with
the intention, the rest will fall into place.
Now that you have this group before you, ask them to assist you
in clearing the land of the old energy and to anchor in the new
energy grid. Ask what you need to do within the physical to assist
in this process. Follow what comes to mind.
I have always been guided beforehand to make an essence remedy to
assist in the energy release and anchoring of new energy. Essences
have a powerful and profound ability to assist in cleansing old
ideas and energies and grounding in new energies. After the specific
ritual is complete, I always close the session with gratitude, and
it is then that I can feel in return, gratitude and appreciation.
This past September, I was guided to perform just such a ceremony
on our land here in Virginia. Many times over the years, I have
been guided to offer cleansings here at the Farm and beyond. This
particular call had a much deeper feel to it than those of the past
as I knew that we would be participating in a large cleansing and
shifting of energy. The week before the session was to be done,
the Farm was filled with Angels and a deep sense of peace surrounded
the Farm. A good friend of ours was coming to spend the weekend
and I had warned him that we would be doing a clearing and tuning
session during his visit. Needless to say, Ethan was very cooperative.
On the day of the ceremony, I was told to make six remedies, one
specific remedy for each of the six vortices on our land. I have
done clearings on many of the different vortices on our land in
the past, but never have I been guided to work on all six at the
same time -- this event was going to be comprehensive! As the three
of us (Wayne, our friend - Ethan and myself) walked to the first
vortex, I was told and shown what to do. We first found the center
point of the vortex, stood back a few feet from the center and formed
a triangle. We each offered a silent prayer and then I placed the
specified drops of the essence remedy on the Earth in front of me
and we passed the remedy to the next person who did likewise. We
stood silent after that and watched as the old energy moved out
from that point and then we realized the shift of the new energy
coming into place.
We continued this procedure with all of the vortices, each time
being guided to do the ritual a bit differently at each vortex.
When all six vortices had been addressed, we offered our prayer
of thanks and went back to the house to crash. This process proved
to perform a clearing on the three of us as well -- and, it was
much in order.
Within days of the cleansing and anchoring of the new energy, it
was brought to my attention that as a result of the procedure in
which we had participated the week before, a 7th vortex had been
created. This new vortex is where the 5th Dimension is rooted and
anchored in the land here at the Farm. Also, I was told that by
the beginning of '98, the seven vortices will merge into one large
vortex. From that point of energy, the new grid will move out and
merge with other cells of the new energy grid upon Earth!
Over the past several weeks, since doing the energy work on the
vortices, I have noticed a tangible change in the level of energy
here at the Farm. Whenever I look outside, I see a marked increase
of the vital life force energy around all objects which are in form
here on the Farm. This energy field (aura) around all objects in
form has grown 100 fold over the past 3-4 weeks. In fact, not only
has the energy field of each object grown (buildings, trees, gardens,
trash cans, etc.) but they appear to be pulsing with this expanded
energy. This heightened energy has the ability to throw you off
balance very quickly, and bring up unresolved issues. That is why
it is so important to continue releasing and transmuting unresolved
issues as well as consciously staying grounded.
All of us participating in a conscious, loving way will assist Nature
in the steady and smooth transitional movement of this new energy
grid into the Earth's physical system. The more we choose to work
with the Divine evolution of consciousness, the easier the transition
will be for all upon our beloved planet Earth.
The most important thing to remember and do as we participate in
this evolutionary process is to constantly strive to lighten our
hearts of anything that is not in alignment with Divine Love --
and to keep our intention and focus on healing the wounds of the
past -- and to replace that old energy with unconditional love for
all beings. To ignore this is to participate in a life of increasing
anger, judgment, and a feeling of greater separation. All of these
feelings can be followed by disease of some form within the body.
Reading about spirit is good -- acting as spirit is now our calling.
Healing requires all of us to move out of the old energy and to
accept and embrace the new. My personal experience is that the new
energy is much more fulfilling than anything the old energy has
ever had to offer.
As '98 approaches, I am filled with excitement and expectation.
I will be asked to make many new essences in '98, many of which
will assist in the further grounding in of this wonderful new energy
grid. I look forward to sharing these new essences with all of you;
as well, I look forward to offering many classes here at the Farm.

As '97 comes to its completion and '98 emerges, always remember
that Divinity never gives us anything too difficult to handle without
first providing us with something to ease the load. Look to Nature
to assist you in your healing and guidance. Light Expression Essences
