Summer 1998
Dear Friends,
The Overlighting Deva of Light Expression Essences is working
at full tilt to bring new essences and information, needed by
humanity, into the material plane during this exceptionally
fast paced year. If it seems to you that you have just received
a Light Expression Newsletter, you would be correct. This Spring's
Newsletter contained a part of this year's activities with Nature,
but as there is so much co-creating going on here at Light Expression
Farm, it feels necessary at this moment to stay current with
the events taking place.
There are days here at the Farm that feel as though 100 people
working sixteen hours a day could not accomplish all that Nature
/ Spirit is moving toward bringing into the physical. In other
words, there is a flurry of activity taking place here and humanity
will ultimately be the recipient of the manifestations.
As with all gifts of Spirit, we have moments of feeling blessed
and energized, and then we swing into feelings of overwhelm
and exhaustion. It is necessary to find the center place within
the experience and move through the moment in Joy. When the
center feeling is found, the task at hand takes on a "lightness"
which ultimately brings a higher state of accomplishment to
the endeavor.
The acceptance of Joy is a learning experience that is currently
smacking me around. Manifesting Joy in the life of an individual
is something that we all seem to run toward and then away from
when we get too close to the true feeling. Something in us says
that joy is good, but as individuals and a society, we tend
to experience guilt when we think we are receiving too much
joy at any one sitting.
Because of our collective experiences throughout history where
we as a civilization have had to work hard and struggle just
to survive, we have taken on many misunderstandings about manifestation,
i.e. work is hard, and this equates to responsibility and duty.
Joy is something which was reserved for those who appeared to
be the privileged few, right? Those who were perceived as privileged
and who seemed to be blessed with the luxury to dabble in joy,
more times than not, were not experiencing true joy, but rather
the experience was numbing self-indulgence. Those privileged
few throughout history were also caught up many times in the
experience of living a life of duty (i.e. responsibility = work),
and though they lived in comfort, Joy alluded them also.
Our current society is now standing on a new threshold. We are
being asked by Soul to move into living life in Joyfulness.
Joyfulness is experienced when the Love of Divinity flows through
our being like blood through our veins. Joyfulness in all that
you do, is a manifestation of your Soul purpose. Reaching this
state of joy is accomplished when the illusion of fear and separation
are deleted from the cellular memory of the individual - or
released from the collective consciousness of society.
In raising your vibrational levels, you will in time, no longer
resonate with the lower vibrations of fear. As individuals choose
to align their energetic bodies with Light - Love, they in turn
raise the vibrational levels of those around them. Each of us
that choose Light - Love, ultimately assists all of humanity
in moving to higher levels of consciousness. Because fear is
so multifaceted and has the ability to mutate within the human
memory, Nature is constantly working with us to bring us higher
vibrational remedies and modalities for transmuting our misunderstandings.
As we evolve and become "lighter", we sometimes find subtle
pockets of density hiding within our various bodies. These pockets
of density have not suddenly appeared, but rather are now made
obvious, because of the release of issues at the surface levels.
As we move along in our healing, individual and collective,
we will be guided to vibrational healing remedies to address
these new found density pockets. Light Expression Farm seems
to hold, within its energy pattern, the intention and purpose
of assisting humanity in its request for higher vibrational
healing remedies. I am in constant awe of the movement of energy
here at the Farm - and I find myself having to run to keep up
with the purpose of Light Expression Farm and all who work here
(of all dimensions) to assist in this project.
That said, I am pleased to announce the arrival of Light Expression
Vibrational Body / Soul Essences. This collection of essences
has been a long time in the making (over a two year process
at this time). So many changes have taken place here at the
Farm as a result of their creation - I will get into all of
that at another writing. For now, I am being asked to briefly
share their purpose and intention for humanity's use.
The Light Expression Vibrational Body / Soul Essences (VB/SE's)
are a comprehensive collection and are meant to be used as such.
Each time an individual chooses to test themselves for the VB/SE's,
a different selection of essences will emerge. I have found
while using these essences, that each time I test, I am usually
intuitively guided to select 3-5 bottles out of each box (same
is for Wayne and others who I have tested). Sometimes, I am
told intuitively that I am to take this group of essences individually
- other times, the request is to add all of the selected essences
into a glass of water which has my LE Mineral Essences and Flower
Essences in it. There appears to be different preferred ways
to take (mix or not mix) these VB/SE's depending upon the needs
and preference of Higher Self on a particular day. The most
obvious thing about the testing process is the need to have
Both Boxes (24 essences total) available from which to test.
I have not tested anyone who is not needing essences from both
boxes - and the testing session on everyone is heavy, with a
large number of these essences requested in each session.
These Light Expression Vibrational Body / Soul Essences along
with the Light Expression Mineral Essences, Flower Essences,
and the Light Expression Vibrational Nature Essences are a most
complete, safe, and encompassing way to address your vibrational
healing needs. Issues on all levels can be safely and smoothly
resolved through the use of these essences. Spirit has truly
blessed us here at Light Expression Farm with the addition of
the Light Expression Body / Soul Essence Collection.
Light Expression Vibrational Body / Soul Essences

Light Expression Vibrational Body / Soul Essences are a unique
and comprehensive collection of essences brought together through
the collective integration of all the kingdoms of Nature, and
with the assistance and guidance of the Intergalactic Solstice
Group.
These 24 essences work together to bring humanity to a Body
/ Soul integration of wholeness within form. The purpose and
intention within these 24 essences is to move through the
timeline of Soul, going back to each embodiment and aligning
any and all misunderstandings within each lifetime with the
vibrational pattern of truth, i.e. Love. As this is accomplished,
all physical embodiments of an individual Soul, throughout
the Soul's timeline, will experience, while in a form, a oneness
with Soul. This process heals the misunderstandings held within
the physical energetic bodies throughout the Soul's timeline
and brings those lifetimes into balance and oneness with Soul
Purpose and the vibrational pattern of the one true energy
known as I Am (Light - Love).
Through this accomplishment, patterns held within the current
lifetime find balance and healing - allowing the individual
to fully and completely integrate the blueprint of Soul into
the physical energetic form known as I Am - into the physical!
In other words, time is not linear - we are part of time -
past and future. As you work to heal misunderstandings within
your current form, raise your vibrational levels, and bring
Soul fully into the form, a piece of healing is still needed
to complete this process. That piece is the healing of all
previous lifetimes, raising the vibrational level within each
lifetime form and integrating Soul fully into each lifetime
form. When this is accomplished, Soul will resonate totally
within the physical of the individual, and the Light Body
will have been activated.
During your individual essence testing process, you may receive
that you are only to mix the Body / Soul Essences together
in a glass of water by themselves with no other essences.
At other times, the instructions may be to add flower essences
and / or mineral essences to the Body / Soul solution. Still,
at other times, you may receive information to take the selected
essences separate from one another. Stay open to your guidance
and the correct combinations for the individual moment and
need, will be given you. These essences may be used in a remedy.
But, I believe that the most effective use will be through
daily testing of these 24 essences taken as suggested in the
above offered testing process. The shift in Soul integration
can be instantaneous, with each use. Once the combination
of essences is selected and taken, the area within the physical
energetic body which holds a misunderstanding in a past incarnation
will be cleared of the vibrational misalignment with Divinity.
One further note on these new essences. They have come to
us as a group with a dependency upon one another in order
to accomplish their mission. The individual essences of this
collection are numbered - 1 through 24 - having no individual
definitions. This group of essences requires one to test with
their intuitive skills in order to use them effectively (dowsing,
kinesiology, etc.) Because of their interdependency, the Light
Expression Vibrational Body / Soul Essence series will only
be offered as a set (two boxes of twelve each).

Intuitive Testing
Over the years, a great many of you have purchased Light Expression
Essences as individual bottles. It is our desire that everyone
come to realize the gifts offered from the dimensions of Spirit
and the Devic kingdom. Because of our long relationship in
working with these essence collections and our personal benefits
and those benefits which we hear about as your experiences
using the Light Expression Essences, we offer this suggestion.
We believe that the best personal experience is offered to
a person who has their own essence collections and who uses
some personal intuitive means for testing such as dowsing,
kinesiology, or the mental intuitive (hearing). Through these
tools, one can soar with communication from their Higher Self
/ Soul in the selection of these wonderful vibrational tools
for their personal evolution. Now, with the new Body / Soul
Essences offering no individual definitions, one cannot intellectualize
what essence is needed on the basis of definition.
You can do it! - all of us who have been using these tools
in the past have started one day - in front a box of essences
making the selection for the day through the use an intuitive

Summer holds within its energy pattern the awareness of a
thought, or idea, coming to fruition. The seed was sown in Spring,
and the idea, thought, has now moved into its bloom stage. Sit
back; observe the thought in all of its beauty. Life and ideas
develop in stages - this stage of bloom is truly worth admiring.
For it shows you the direction of your thoughts and the stability
of commitment of your focus.

While I was making ready myself and the Body / Soul garden
this Spring to make the LEVB/S Essences, one of the plants
in one of the Body / Soul gardens asked to be made into an
essence - separate from its collective participation within
the garden. This particular plant wishes to assist humanity
twice within the Light Expression project. It is part of the
LEVB/S Essences garden and it is also wishing to be offered
as an individual essence to assist those who feel the need
for its individual capacity to heal. I am grateful for its
desire to offer its qualities to us. I hope that you derive
as much benefit and pleasure from its participation as my
family is experiencing.
Arnica
(definition)
When pain makes itself known to a person, it is a signal that
something is out of alignment with the individual's highest intention.
Pain can have many faces. Hiding the pain with masks of numbness
does not make the pain go away, it only moves deeper into the
form. Pain is a flag - it shows us where our fear and separation
lie. Arnica will assist in drawing the pain out, so that the misunderstanding
can be addressed without the distraction of the pain. This is
not about numbing the pain, but rather bringing the misunderstanding
which caused the pain to the surface of your awareness, so that
healing can be addressed.

This has certainly been a year for completions here at the
Farm. In the vein of that understanding, I can now announce
that the last flower essence within the Light Expression Flower
Essence Collection is now complete. All of you who have purchased
your boxes with a few bottles missing will soon receive that
last bottle to complete that set. If I miss sending a bottle
to anyone, please feel free to call or write and let me know
that I have missed sending you your bottle.

This is a class designed by the Devas to assist you in your
healing practice (any healing modality -- RN's, Psychotherapists,
Reiki, Massage, Breath Work, Chiropractic, etc.) with information
and techniques for integrating essences into your work. This
class is not limited to healing practitioners, but rather
it is designed to assist all essence users to expand their
awareness of the benefits of using essences in their lives
and in service to others.
