Summer 2000
Greetings from Light Expression Farm!
It has been a very good and healing year here at the
Farm since our last newsletter. New gardens have been
built and are flourishing; the existing gardens have the
look of decades of growth. Nature in its wisdom to bring
more light to the Farm, guides and directs the plants
in each garden to their full potential. Much of what is
now growing here at the Farm has taken on a life of its
own. Wayne and I appear these days, only as the catalysts
to build the new gardens where they ask to be placed,
and then we stand back in amazement as Nature turns new
gardens into lush beds carrying tremendous healing energy.
All that has been accomplished here at the Farm over
the past eleven years (gardens, essences, raising a family)
now is coming to fruition, presenting us with a pattern
for healing the next level within ourselves. Many of the
necessary tools and techniques for this next round of
healing are in place and are ready to be of service.
Before starting the process of writing the new 2000 catalog
and newsletter, I asked Spirit, as always, to guide me
toward the topic for this year's awareness here at Light
Expression Farm. The first word to jump out at me was
vulnerability. Vulnerability is the name on the door that
stands between our ego and our heart center. In order
to manifest our Soul's highest intention in this lifetime,
we are all asked to have faith in the guidance which we
are each receiving. To have this faith, we each find ourselves
feeling vulnerable to the unknown which we see before
us. Our feelings of faith and vulnerability swing back
and forth between trust and misgiving. All of these feelings
which we are each experiencing, come out of our already
healed patterns, but also are felt through the many layers
of pain and misunderstanding still wishing to be healed.
When we each find ourselves standing before a new threshold
of issues which are calling out to be realized and healed,
how can we feel anything but twinges of vulnerability.
I have learned over the years as I say yes to moving
through a new layer of fear and pain, that the first place
I go to is one of feeling vulnerable to the unknown which
is before me. Having to look at one's own patterns, issues,
and watching from a place of detachment as to how they
look to others can and usually do make you feel very vulnerable.
Once you have moved through this first step though, generally
a feeling of excitement will come over you as you are
guided to the best technique and / or tool to heal what
is before you. Always though, when an issue is healed,
a feeling of lightness will surround you and lift you
up in its energy of love. This completion of a cycle of
healing will always lead you back to the starting point
to begin a new round of release. Vulnerability begins
again. Being vulnerable and saying yes to the next layer
of healing allows Divinity to continue guiding you through
the process of healing the layers of issues still below
the surface.
Your outside world will always tell you if you are healing
an issue - or if you are stuck in the energy of it. By
now, we all know what stuck in an issue looks like. Healing
brings a feeling of completion and lightness; stuck is
dense and out of balance, the same old unfulfilling patterns
playing themselves out day after day. For many of us,
at this point in our healing process, the issues (out
of balance patterns, baggage) which we see manifesting
in our daily lives, are core issue patterns which are
pervasive at all levels of our being. These issues are
long held misunderstandings which we have each brought
with us through our Soul's journey - in and out of the
third dimensional experience. Healing these issues vibrationally
with essences allows Nature to support us, whether we
add the essences to other healing techniques, or use them
by themselves.
Healing and service to others is what our Souls are asking
of us at this time in our collective and individual evolution.
As the healing moves through us, one layer at a time,
what is left within us is the space which we then fill
with the energy of love and joy. As the years to come
bring each of us to new heights of awareness of our true
nature, we will each be radiating our light bodies, which
will help others to see the benefits of the path of healing.
Those of you who are working daily, weekly, or monthly
with vibrational essences, already have found a wonderful
tool which works in tandem with all other techniques for
healing. The blessings from Nature here at Light Expression
Farm are immeasurable. New essences have been birthed
since the last newsletter and still there are more essences
which appear to be on the horizon.
All of the new Vibrational Nature Essences which complete
the fourth box in that series are now ready for your use.
Several new combination essence solutions have also been
manifested to assist us on our journey. I am certain that
as soon as this new catalog is printed, Nature, with its
wonderful sense of humor, will be directing me to begin
the co-creation of the next box of the Light Expression
Vibrational Nature Essence Series. Since something is
always being added to the essence repertoire here at Light
Expression Farm, it is impossible to always have everything
that is available printed in the current catalog. Please

to learn of new essences and information which arrive
between printings of the catalog.
The new 2000 catalog has all of the new essences currently
available along with their definitions. Also, please check
out the Light Expression Essence website for more in depth
information about vibrational essences and their uses.
As the Light Expression Essence catalog has grown in size
to accommodate the list and definitions of the various
essences, much of the support and background information
on how the essence project began and techniques on testing
for essences, etc. have found their place resting on the
website. The Light Expression Essence website is a wonderful
tool to use to share with others some of what Divinity
is offering us for our personal evolution.

SPRING:
On your mark; Get Set, Go! Birth, new beginnings, and joy are what
this energy is about. It is important that you remember that birth
and new beginnings are not exclusively feminine or about firsts.
Starting anew is an energy that must be utilized regularly in order
for you to experience the creative force available to you through
your connection with Divinity. This energy of "Spring" is one that
can propel all ideas forward to new levels of expression within
form.
Spring carries the life-force blueprint of Divinity, a
vitality that will take you to new heights of awareness.
This vibration will assist you in keeping pace with evolution,
the evolution of Earth, Humanity, and the Universe!
SUMMER:
Summer holds within its energy pattern the awareness of a thought,
or idea, coming to fruition. The seed was sown in Spring, and the
idea, thought, has now moved into its bloom stage. Sit back; observe
the thought in its full manifestation and all of its beauty. Life
as well as ideas develop in stages - this stage of bloom is truly
worth admiring; for it shows you the direction of your thoughts
and the stability of the commitment of your focus.
FALL:
This is truly a season to rejoice. Not everything which is planted
in the fertility of Spring comes to fruition by Summer's end. Some
thoughts and ideas require greater patience and perserverence before
they may be harvested. Fall offers us the extra time often needed
to bring our thoughts and ideas to harvest. Fall also offers us
the time and space to clean up after our harvest in the crispness
of a clear day.
Fall is here to offer you the energy of completeness -
completeness of the cycle of manifestation which you set
into motion. The use of the energy of completeness is
just as vital to your process of growth, as is the energy
of birth. Incorporate this vibration into your energetic
blueprint and you will feel complete.
WINTER:
The essence of Winter opens the heart and the thymus to the vibration
of the Christ. Unity, giving, and receiving are all brought into
alignment with the energy of Love. Love is an expression of balance.
As the heart and thymus come into alignment with the energy of Love,
the individual opens on the atomic level to the awareness of his/her
connection to "All That Is." This sets into motion the need within
the mental body to further delve into deeper levels of healing within
the individual. The mental body understands the need for further
healing within the individual and will bring this need to the forefront
of the individual's consciousness. Denial as a way of life will
no longer be acceptable to the individual. Healing is the path,
Love the destination!
STARSEED I AM:
Taking this essence will align your internal frequency to this vibration
and will allow you to access the expansiveness of the " I Am". The
possibilities for personal growth and awareness are unlimited. Taking
StarSeed I Am aligns your internal vibrations with its frequency
/ pattern of expansiveness, and for some individuals, this energy
of expansiveness may produce physical / emotional awarenesses not
before experienced by that particular individual. Whatever the individual's
specific gifts or talents, connection within the StarSeed I Am will
expand the individual's awareness of these talents as well as lead
the individual to new ideas. New understandings within technology
in our current civilization can also be greatly enhanced and / or
accessed by the use of this essence. As your system becomes accustomed
to the energy, you will find yourself moving into this new space
of expanded awareness with feelings of excitement and anticipation
of what the experience will hold for you.
THE RESURRECTION:
Are you awake? On what level?
I am the vibration which will assist you in remembering
and experiencing the blueprint of your multidimensional
body. This remembering process is vital to your continuing
your spiritual growth and awareness of who you truly are.
All cells within your physical form must go through an
energetic transformational process of being reborn to
this higher frequency. As that happens, this frequency
can then move through all of your bodies to reunite spirit
consciousness within form. This process can be considered
a form of cellular resurrection. All levels of the holy
being which you are, must unite and be one with this resurrection
vibration. This uniting, in turn, brings you to a state
which will allow you to accept the experience of rebirth.
BIRTH ACTIVATION:
The energy and vitality of the essence of Birth Activation will
unite with the seed, which is planted within your heart center (home
of your Soul). This seed within your heart center contains a new
energy blueprint for your continuing evolvement toward 5th dimension
awakening. The energy of Birth Activation is like the life giving
force of water to a seed, which must receive this water in order
to begin the process of germination. There is an energy configuration
contained within the essence of Birth Activation which, when it
merges with the corresponding frequency of the seed within your
heart center, will produce a noticeable movement toward conscious
awareness of the many levels of life. Evolvement is an activity,
which requires of you, a level of conscious participation. Each
new level of human evolution always comes from moving through an
untested paradigm. You are on the threshold of just such a new paradigm
in the process of human evolution, and the essence of Birth Activation
is the catalyst given to you from Nature to nurture this new awareness.

of completion.
Your journey has been long, and it has involved many paths,
taken and not taken many days and nights of uncertainty
and a great deal of questioning the direction you are

take hold of your birthright. Move in to your new skin
and rejoice!

being integrated into the collective consciousness of

PREPARE:
This solution will prepare a person to do release work with whatever
healing process they are working with at the time. It's intent and
vibrational pattern is suited to assist the individual in becoming
centered and at one with the release work (emotional, mental), Soul
retrieval, or cellular release. This solution will help the consciousness

God (Source), surrounds us with miracles every second
of every day. We do not see them because we are usually
vibrationally out of alignment with their loving energy
pattern. As a result, we are not generally able to resonate
with the Divine energy patterns which are available to
us for healing. We also believe that healing is a process
which we must experience in stages. This combination solution
given to me, by Nature, holds the energy pattern which
will speak to your entire cellular body, telling it that
healing will take place within any level of your body
(emotional, mental, spiritual) as quickly as you wish
for it to happen. If you need time to process the healing,
this solution will support that as well. Healing is God's
gift to all of humanity. Receive it with the love with

September 9, 2000 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This is an informative and intensive class on the fundamentals
of essences - flower, minerals, and beyond. We will discuss
connecting with your own inner guidance (Higher Self)
using your intuition verses using an intellectual process.
What are essences and how do they work; and integrating
essences into your healing protocols. Come prepared to
open to the world of Nature and discuss the many levels
of healing.
What is the Soul, and Does it Need Healing?
September 16, 2000 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
This class will take us on a journey through time, past
and future. We will discuss the blueprint of Soul and
how thoughts affect our lives, health, and spiritual development.
Many issues around the Soul will be addressed during this
all day intensive. Come with your questions about Soul,
Spiritual Growth, and Healing.
Connecting with Nature Every Day
September 23, 2000
In this class we will talk about the hierarchy and the
many aspects of Nature. How to contact Nature intentionally
and work with Earth in a co-creative, healing partnership.
Building gardens for your growth, enjoyment, and healing
will also be discussed.
General Class Information:
Bring a bag lunch. Herbal teas and snacks will be provided. Cost
for each class is $70.00 per person with a $25.00 deposit in advance
